There are four ways you can register:

2. Download our Pango smartphone application and sign up

The Pango charge is for the actual parking time. In some cities, a convenience fee may be added to the parking rate.

Simply log in to your personal account on www.myPango.com using the username and password you signed up with. Here, you'll be able to view details of recent parking activity and related invoices and receipts.

Your personal reminder service reminds you with a text message to your cell phone that your paid parking time is about to expire in 15 min.

Parking time limits vary from location to location and are based on local municipalities' and authorities' designations for certain streets,parking spaces and parking lots. To ensure you do not go past the designated time limit, look for signs near where you've parked indicating that area's time limit. Pango will automatically end a parking session after the designated local time limit has elapsed.

By entering your license plate number, the parking enforcement officer will receive a notification that you have paid. When you make a parking payment through Pango, your license plate number registers in our secure database as having paid for the appropriate amount of time and the right zone number.

Starting or ending a parking session is easy with Pango. There are four ways you can do that:

1. Use your Pango smartphone application, choose the right parking zone and push the "start parking" button
2. Dial the short code #Pango (#72646) or dial 1-877-myPango (697-2646) and use the IVR (Interactive voice response) system or the ASR (automatic speech recognition) system
3. Dial from a mobile phone or landline and enter your account pin code
4. Visit www.myPango.com and sign in to your personal account

IMPORTANT: To end a parking session, use the same methods as to start a parking session. You can start a parking session through one device and end it with another.

When you start using the mobile parking system, you do not need a code to park because the system will recognize your cell phone number when you call, assuming your cell phone number is registered. You can use the mobile parking system from another phone that is not registered in Pango's database by simply entering the vehicle's license plate number and the appropriate parking zone number.

Yes, all parking is paid by credit card charges.

Our system is protected using the most advanced information security systems in the world. It meets stringent standards of information security (SSL 128b) and credit card clearing. Pango is also in full compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 1 standards.
